REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:


At HYPEFINDS, we specialize in high-tier curated streetwear. To maintain our standard of quality and elite service, we operate under the following terms:

1. Global Sourcing (Standard Delivery)

  • Delivery Timeline: Our standard window for internationally sourced items isĀ 2 to 4 weeks.

  • Shipping Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the date of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed and the sourcing process begins, it cannot be canceled or refunded while within the stated 2-4 week delivery window.

2. Local Inventory (Immediate Purchase)

  • Doorstep Refusal: For items held in local stock, you may inspect the item upon delivery. If you change your mind while the courier is present, you may refuse the package. A full refund for the item will be issued, provided that the shipping/delivery fees are paid in full to the courier.

  • Accepted Items: Once the courier has departed and the item is accepted, the sale is final.

3. Quality Control & Defects

  • Every item undergoes a multi-point quality check before dispatch. In the rare event an item arrives with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence for an assessment.
