1-INDEPENDENT STATUS & TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER

 HypeFinds is an independent curator and reseller of authentic luxury and streetwear goods.

  • No Affiliation: We are not an authorized dealer, agent, or affiliate of any brands featured on this website.

  • Trademarks: All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for descriptive purposes only to identify the products and does not imply any association with or endorsement by the brand owners.

  • Warranties: Because we are a secondary market provider, manufacturer warranties may not apply.

 

 

2-DEPOSIT & VERIFICATION STEPS 

 To secure high-demand inventory, HypeFinds requires a 50% deposit via InstaPay. Your order is not "Confirmed" until the following steps are completed:

Step 1: Transfer exactly 50% of your order total via InstaPay. 

Step 2: Send a screenshot of the successful transaction to our official WhatsApp [01556181808].

Step 3: In the same WhatsApp message, you must include:

  1. Your Full Name (matching the name on the Shopify order).

  2. Your Order ID Number (e.g., HypeFinds #1001).

Orders without these details will remain in "Pending" status and items will not be reserved. If verification is not received within 2 hours, the order will be cancelled.

 

 

3-DEPOSIT TERMS & CANCELLATION

  • Service Fee: The 50% deposit is a non-refundable "Sourcing and Reservation Fee."

  • Customer Change of Mind: If you cancel your order after the deposit is paid, the 50% deposit will be forfeited to cover sourcing and restocking costs.

  • Full Refund: If HypeFinds is unable to source your item or if it fails our authenticity inspection, your deposit will be refunded in full via InstaPay.

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% of the total price is due upon delivery/arrival as per the shipping method selected.

 

 

4-AUTHENTICITY & ITEM CONDITION

  • Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of every item's quality.

  • Condition: Items are sourced from the secondary market. While we ensure high quality, minor handling wear on external packaging (boxes/dust bags) is not considered a product defect.

 

 

5-LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HypeFinds is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. By placing an order, you agree to indemnify HypeFinds against any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.
